Green Solutions To Razor Bumps

Crystal Words, the digital publishers of eBooks have published Rupert Green’s new work on razor bumps remedies and tips.

April 20, 2012 - PRLog -- According to Silverskin, razor bumps affect 80% of black men. The skin condition occurs after a man has shaved. The regrowth of hair curls back into the skin causing bacteria and small pustules commonly know as ‘razor bumps’.

Rupert Green, a Brixton-based barber from London, UK has been working with black men for over 20 years providing grooming, styling and barbering services. Green felt compelled to write his book, ‘10 Razor Bump Remedies & Tips’ after witnessing an increasing number of black and mixed-race young men complaining of the condition.

The number of black men aged between 16 – 25 years of age tends to be based in the UK’s urban areas of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Nottingham. Research at the Office of National Statistics suggests that this generation are also effected by disproportional unemployment.

‘The condition is very common and a lot of my customers feel that it has knocked their confidence to communicate and form relationships. When I was a lad, I was fortunate that my father showed me how to shave, unfortunately for this younger generation they miss this bond. My book is more of guide on how young men can smoothly groom themselves.’

Green’s eBook, ‘10 Razor Bump Remedies & Tips’  (http://www.crystalwords.com/page9.htm)is available from Crystal Words from April 2012 for £6.00 (RRP).
