Nancy C. Young Joins Right Management As Vice President – Client Services
ORLANDO, Fla. – Nancy C. Young has joined Right Management Florida/Caribbean as vice president--client services, based at the talent and career management firm’s Orlando office.
With more than 10 years of corporate and consulting experience, she draws on her expertise in national account management, business development and talent acquisition to deliver solutions tailored to the outplacement and organizational consulting needs of Right’s clients in Central Florida.

Young has served as both a manager and a consultant for companies in fields including technology, hospitality and construction. She most recently handled business development and marketing throughout Central Florida for engineering and construction firm C&S Companies in Orlando. Young received a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and has participated in a wide range of business associations, including the Florida Health Care Association, Florida Healthcare Engineering Association, Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association and the U.S. Green Building Council’s Central Florida Chapter. She is also a Board Member with the non-profit Making the Difference Outreach, linking Orlando-area organizations in need with volunteers and community resources.
