Consulting Firms Partnering to Increase Corporate Health and Earnings Nation Wide

The partnering enhances both companies’ abilities to provide client businesses with powerful, innovative, and unique full-service, management-consulting and leadership-development tools that accelerate profit growth.  The most dynamic process offered is the Circle of Success ®, an intense, year-long program that grew out of the work of JL White International Founder Jim White.  This management system has been dubbed “corporate therapy,” focusing on personal and emotional issues in the workplace as well as professional and strategic tactics.

Project 17 Principal Alan Barich’s 30 years of engineering, sales, marketing and general-management experience include complete profit and loss responsibility for a $25 million dollar, world-wide, after-market parts and service company before being hired by IMO Industries to create Tubocare, a five-division, $75-million-dollar operating group providing aftermarket services, support and manufacturing for turbo-machinery world wide, and now owned by Siemens.  In addition to starting successful business units, he turned around floundering companies in engineering, service and logistics.

Susan Barich brings 20 years experience in founding and turning around regional economic-development initiatives, coalescing disparate groups to solve thorny issues of new-business development and job growth and finding sources of project funding.  These include turning around a failing business incubator on the former Fort Ord in California;  establishing the Silicon Valley Industry-Education Advisory Board, which increased the hiring of students from California colleges and universities into Silicon Valley companies;  and, as associate director, creating Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network’s environmental initiative, The Environmental Partnership.  Susan also served as the director of communications and client services for the Silicon Valley World Internet Center after establishing the Regional Environmental Business Resource and Assistance Center at Mission College in Santa Clara, California.
