Checkbox Survey Announces Nonprofit Program

April 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Watertown, Mass. –  Checkbox Survey Solutions, a technology driven provider of professional online survey solutions since 2002, today announced the Share a Survey giveaway program in an effort to assist community-focused nonprofit organizations (NPO). The Share a Survey program is available to nonprofit organizations with a dedication to community, communication, and information sharing. Each month Checkbox will award one deserving nonprofit organization, foundation, or charity a free one-year Checkbox Survey Online Basic account.

Nonprofits can apply for the complementary one-year Checkbox Basic Online account by submitting a simple application on the Checkbox website (http://marketing.checkboxonline.com/npo.aspx). The application form requests the following information:

1.   The NPO’s mission.
2.   Why the NPO should be selected to receive a free license of Checkbox Survey.
3.   How Checkbox will be used to assist the NPO and their community.

Free accounts will be awarded to organizations that Checkbox feels would most benefit from a professional data collection and sharing tool.  Awards will be announced on the first business day of each month beginning June 1, 2012. Checkbox will be collecting applications for the June giveaway starting May 1, 2012. Selected organizations will be asked to agree to the Share a Survey Terms and Conditions (http://www.checkbox.com/pricing/nonprofit-accounts/).
