New Emergency Management Appointees/Roles
Newest Partner and Chief Operations Officer
Emergency Management Methodology Partners (EMMP) is pleased to announce its newest partner, Noël Francine Kepler. As EMMP prepares to expand into the northeast Ms. Kepler will take on the role of Chief Operations Officer and oversee business development. Ms. Kepler has worked with EMMP as a contractor since 2010 and has a proven track record of success bringing in clients and working with community leaders toward true preparedness. Her passion for emergency management and hercommitment to providing a quality customer service experience will be an invaluable asset during this time of growth.
Along with plans for expansion an organizational restructure is also taking place with the original leadership group. Since its inception EMMP has been run by founding partners Frank Rose, Jeremy DeLaCourt and Stan Oberman. Having served for 5 years as the Executive Vice President for Talent (Human Resources) Jeremy DeLaCourt is leaving to take on a new role with a healthcare network in Texas. Mr. De La Court will continue to work as a contractor for EMMP, assisting in planning and managing day-to-day operations in Dallas. After serving for 4 years as the Executive Vice President in charge of Business Development, Stan Oberman has also taken leave to pursue other ventures in his home town of Chicago, IL. Frank Rose will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since EMMP’s founding in 2005.
