Tudertechnica introduces new silicone hose for North American market

April 18, 2012 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS, April 18, 2012 — Tudertechnica, a major Italian specialty industrial hose manufacturer, has introduced Tusil Bright silicone hose to the North American market.

Tusil Bright is a silicone suction and delivery hose that is suitable for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food products industries. The hose meets the strict health and sanitary standards of industry governing agencies in USA, Europe and Japan.  Also, the hose has been tested in compliance with USP XXXII Class VI.

The recent addition to the list of approvals for Tusil Bright is the MIGRATION TEST of the German agency BfR (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung), the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment.  Similar to agencies in the rest of Europe, Japan and North America, the German organization’s goal is to assess existing health risks and identify new ones, and develop recommendations on risk reduction.

“This hose was developed for customers who demand a fully approved hose and to our knowledge we are the only Company which can provide a silicone hose that has passed the BfR migration test,“ said Andrea Deregibus, Tudertechnica’s chief operating officer.  “The result is a marked improvement in Tusil Bright that meets all applicable food sanitary standards.”

Tusil Bright is produced with a translucent and phthalates free silicone platinum cured tube, tested in compliance with REACH regulations. (REACH regulations are the strictest European laws to date that regulate chemical substances, and have implications with industries throughout the world). It is reinforced with synthetic plies and stainless steel wire helix. The cover is made with translucent silicone platinum cured, resistant to aging, ozone and abrasion.

Tusil Bright will be marketed and sold by CRP Industrial, a division of CRP Industries, Inc., Cranbury, N. J.  CRP has strategic distribution locations in California, New Jersey, Ontario, Canada and Puebla, Mexico.
