The company, based in Fleet, Hampshire, achieved the accreditation after it applied to join the pre-qualification assessment scheme last month.
After successfully demonstrating its health and safety procedures and a proven safety track record, Source UPS has now been included on the SAFEcontractor database. This is only accessible to organisations that have signed up to the programme.
Source UPS was set up in 2009 and sells UPS power supplies brands including APC, Emerson, Zigor, Borri and Riello.
The UPS supplier was also appointed as an Approved Partner for the Active Power range of flywheel UPS systems in March.
