Connections 2012 Conference - Calgary, Canada

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 18, 2012 - The Connections 2012 conference will bring together leaders from the nonprofit sector, the corporate community, government and other funders, and community leaders to dialogue about the significant changes that will impact the sector and its ability to meet community needs in the future.

A goal of the conference is to foster enhanced understanding across the three sectors through focused dialogue on timely and relevant issues.

Keynote speeches and session topics will focus on issues that matter most to sector stakeholders: the people, funds, systems and policies that affect sector organizations and communities we serve. Themes will include cross sectoral community engagement, measuring social impact, changes in government policies, the role that social enterprise and social finance might play, and building and sustaining capacity of organizations to meet community needs.

An exceptional line-up of speakers will provide insights, practical tips and information to help spark dialogue between nonprofit leaders, government, funders and the corporate community. Speakers and program details will be announced in the new year.
