Version 4.1 Released

After soliciting and receiving input from our most advanced Product Managers – our customers – we are pleased to announce the release of SytLogic 4.1, representing more than 100 feature upgrades to our cloud-based project and asset management system.

Among the major feature upgrades are:

•   Extensive changes to the Asset Management system to allow fully customizable fields that will apply to any industry;
•   The ability to generate a work order that automatically fetches the parts list and consumables for any asset on that work order;
•   Enabled trouble ticket reporting via customer-branded portals, eliminating the handling of hundreds of phone calls and emails;
•   Expanded our ePacketBuilder functionality to include the ability to include structured response forms so that all subcontractor bids can be compared “apples to apples”.

“While we have an amazingly creative group of developers, our best product ideas definitely come from our customer group”, says SytLogic CTO and founder Jason McKnight.  He goes on to state that “After each customer contact our service team always asks, ‘Do you have any suggestions on how SytLogic could change to better meet your needs?’  While many do have suggestions, there are some who confess that they almost daily are finding new features that will not only help them run their projects more efficiently, but also help them stay ahead of their competitors”.
