WELCOME ALLI STOKES

One Hour Heating and Air is pleased to welcome Alli Stokes to the team as our new Sales Lead Coordinator.  In addition to developing our services as a Costco-affiliated vendor of HVAC services, Alli manages our retail customer service representatives, enhances One Hour brand awareness through social media and marketing, and executes events throughout the community.  Alli obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University with an emphasis in Marketing Management.  She is a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and has held several leadership positions within the organization and the National Panhellenic Council.  When she’s not busy promoting the One Hour brand, Alli is an avid home décor fanatic as well as a certified freelance makeup artist.  Come by our next home show and say hi to Alli and welcome her to your One Hour team!  


WELCOME DREW BAGLEY

As a Service Technician , Drew Bagley, brings his passion for living life to the fullest to One Hour Heating and Air.  He excels in providing excellent customer service and exceeding the needs of all of his clients.  Drew comes to One Hour after spending five dutiful years with Splash Pool and Spa as their Service and Repair Manager.  He is an EPA 608 Universal Certified Technician and is currently finishing up his Associate of Science Degree in HVAC at San Joaquin Valley College.  Drew looks forward to applying his knowledge to use and continuing his education in the HVAC field.  When he is not making his clients laugh in between servicing their heating and cooling, you may find Drew brushing up on his pool skills, which he has played competitively for nearly a decade, or spending time with his family and friends.

WELCOME ERNESTO BUENO  

One Hour Heating and Air is proud to have Ernesto Bueno join our talented team of Service Technicians.  Ernesto joins us after spending over six years with Sam’s Club as a Produce Associate. After obtaining his degree in Social Science from San Joaquin Valley College, Ernesto decided to further his education and also earned his Associate of Science in HVAC.  He has obtained all of his EPA Universal Certifications, and is certified in Commercial HVAC as well.  Ernesto is excited to join the One Hour team to continue his development as a Service Technician, and to help make a difference in his clients’ home comfort.  During his spare time, Ernesto loves anything and everything sports, and even served as Golden Valley High School’s Varsity baseball captain.  You will most likely find Ernesto rooting for his favorite home teams; the Lakers, the Dodgers, and the Raiders.
