The conference, held at the METS Center adjacent to the Cincinnati airport, will begin with an opening reception on April 18, 2012 and end on April 20, 2012 afternoon.
Keynote presentations will feature Stan Phelps, author of the new customer book What’s Your Purple Goldfish; Jim Yu from United Way Worldwide; and Amy Case who developed the Donor Churn tool as a consultant for United Way Worldwide.
Software Solutions developed by Findability Sciences for improved donor engagement and analysis will be presented in a session titled: Tools you can use for measuring Influence, affluence, and potential loyalty of constituents.
