PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 17, 2012 - Prudential Arizona Properties gathered 300 of its top Phoenix area real estate sales executives to recognize them for outstanding achievements in 2011. This year’s annual event was held at the Westin Kierland Resort and included recognitions for top sales, top closings, employee of the year and community partners of the year, among others. Many executives received both local and national awards. Prudential Arizona Properties is part of the Americana companies, which has 20 offices and 2,000 sales executives in Nevada and Arizona.

The event was hosted by Prudential Arizona Properties CEO Mark Stark. “We recognized the very best of the best within our company,” he said. “Prudential Arizona executives are not just leaders in their field here in Arizona, but leaders among Prudential’s network of more than 80,000 executives throughout North America. And as we continue to grow as a company, the national recognitions will only grow from there.” Americana Companies achieved a record-breaking year in 2011 with $2.2 billion in sales.

Stark practices what he preaches. The CEO has been with Prudential since 1985 and last year went from the prestigious designation of owning the 8th largest Prudential franchise in North America to the 6th. “That speaks volumes to the commitment of Prudential Arizona sales executives to their clients,” he said. “Only five other Prudential franchises among nearly 1,000 are larger than ours, and most are in markets significantly larger.” This week Stark’s firm was also ranked #20 in RIS Media’s 24th Annual Power Broker Survey of the country’s top 300 real estate companies http://remag.rismedia.com/t/14873.

Stark announced Prudential Arizona’s Top 10 Individual executives in 2011, ranked by their income:

#1 – Dana Bloom
#2 – Brian Herrera
#3 – Katie Dabe
#4 – Olga Griffin
#5 – Jeena Ronan
#6 – Sharon Helland
#7 – Joe Monnig
#8 – Nancy McLean
#9 – Kelly McLain
#10 -- Rick Hill

The company’s Top 10 Teams in Arizona were also announced, ranked by their income:

#1 – The Ray Group
#2 – The Sterling Team
#3 – The Beverly Berrett Team
#4 – The Olberding Team/Gilbert
#5 – The Muskoka Group
#6 – The King Team
#7   Team Santisteven
#8 – Father/Daughter Team
#9 – Chris Paul Team
#10 – Sherri and Steve Belcher Team

Stark gave the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award to The Sterling Team and The Ray Group, two teams within the company that were among the top half of the top one percent in Prudential Real Estate’s North American network. The Ray Group placed #88 in the PREA (Prudential Real Estate Affiliates) 100 list of top agents throughout North America for residential income.

“Another national award winner within the company was the Beverly Berrett Team, which placed 54th in the PREA 100 for residential units sold,” said Stark. “That is a pretty incredible accomplishment!”

Stark followed that by awarding Mitch Morales Prudential Arizona Properties’ Rookie of the Year for 2011. The Rookie of the Year award is presented to the sales executive with the highest volume in his or her first year as a REALTOR.

Prudential also recognized its team members for outstanding accomplishments outside of real estate sales. Patrick McHugh was selected as the 2011 Employee of the Year and the King Team and Joe Monnig were recognized for their outstanding charitable contributions to the Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Foundation supports children with life-threatening illnesses.

“There is a reason Prudential Arizona Properties is one of the largest real estate companies in the Arizona,” said Stark. “With our multi-state advantage, we can help our customers buy and sell homes in two of the best real estate markets in the country in terms of pricing and value. We put the power of our 20 offices and 2,000 sales executives to work for our clients.”
