Apr. 17, 2012 - FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 17, 2012) – Goodwill Industries of SW Florida, Inc. has leased 1,340 square feet of retail space at The Shops at Santa Barbara. The location at 2209-2311 Santa Barbara Boulevard, in Cape Coral, Florida will serve as a drop off location for gently-used clothing, housewares, electronics, accessories, and more. These donations help support Goodwill’s mission of helping people with disabilities and other barriers to employment, and also help to keep items out of our area's landfills. Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS, with LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for the landlord.
