Designed to Protect an Athletes’ Heart

Rochester, NY (March 2012) –Fieldtex Products, an innovative company known for continuously expanding their product base, is now stocking the McDavid HEXPAD Heart Guard Sternum Shirt. This shirt is designed to help protect athletes from heart stoppages due to an impact. Recently, a local tragedy brought this danger into the news. A 12 year old Rochester lacrosse player was killed when he was hit in the chest by a ball during a winter game. The local sports community was devastated and is now raising awareness about this very serious sports injury that can happen to anyone if they are struck at exactly the wrong time. Fieldtex Products is bringing this protective shirt to their consumers to help prevent similar tragedies in the future.
