RSPOP Introduces Fashion's Next Big Designer: Kal Rieman

April 17, 2012 - PRLog -- On May 2nd, design label Kal Rieman will be opening their first pop-up shop in RSPOP at the Roger Smith Hotel. Known for their strong yet romantic design aesthetic, Kal Rieman is a designer to watch out for.

Kal Rieman is a collection for women drawn to this same empowering attitude of confidence and self-reliance. The core pieces from her collection define a woman’s toughness and strength, while other elements show the heart of the woman and her feminine natures with romantic ideals. The collection consists of well tailored suits, structured separates, and overcoats that form the foundation of the collection as well as washed silks, draped knits and decorative pieces that speak to the effortless grace of being a woman.

Designer Cally Rieman founded Kal Rieman in 2009 after working for many years in the fashion industry. She worked in Paris for Jean-Charles de Castelbajac and for Rubin Chapelle, as well as designing for H Hilfiger men’s wear in New York. She began playing with the idea of men’s wear for woman and thus grew Kal Rieman.

Showcased at the month long pop-up shop will be Kal Rieman’s incredible Spring 2012 collection with some previews of her up and coming Fall 2012 collection. For any woman who likes to feel powerful while still keeping her feminine touch needs to check out the Kal Rieman collection.

To celebrate the opening of Kal Rieman’s first freestanding pop-up shop, there will be an Opening Reception party on Wednesday, May 2nd. Come meet the designer and check out the collection while sipping on complementary wine. Also, don’t forget your wallets because theirs no way you will be able to leave without purchasing one of her amazing pieces!
