Q Software Launches Streamliner Productivity Suite for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9 at Collaborate 12

April 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Q Software Global, an Oracle Gold Partner and provider of risk management, compliance and security solutions for Oracle ERP application users, is today announcing the general availability of Streamliner, its new productivity suite, which reduces the effort and costs of large-scale JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade or implementation projects.

Streamliner delivers significant productivity savings in two major project areas:

Task View Management:
It eliminates much of the repetitive workload needed to define and manage Task Views, which are needed by all JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x installations. It also includes tools to find, view and manage items such as Objects and User Favourites efficiently.

Security Implementation:
With Streamliner, a few extra clicks during Task View definition automatically generate a security model that is aligned to the organization’s business processes. This means that up to 80% of the security work is completed early in the project, and the cost, workload and timescales of the security phase of the project are greatly reduced, making it feasible to implement robust security before the go-live.
