China Corporate Training.com New Website Launch

April 17, 2012 - PRLog -- A brand new website, China Corporate Training.com, has been launched by TW Allison Corporate Consulting, a corporate consulting and training firm based in Guangzhou, China.

The new website was launched in order to provide a resource, especially for individuals in the HR field to use, to further educate themselves on the subjects of Leadership, Training, and Emotional Intelligence. China Corporate Training.com is also the home of Michael Allison's blog. Michael is the founder, General Manager and Senior Corporate Trainer at TW Allison.

Regarding the purpose of this new website, Michael Allison says: "I have long enjoyed writing articles for our clients and colleagues on the subjects of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Training. With this new site, anyone can have access to articles that I have written on these subjects.

Additionally, in China the corporate training industry is extremely fragmented. It's not always easy for HR and Learning & Development Managers to make good decisions when it comes to sourcing a training firm to provide soft skills training for their company's staff. One of the things that this new website will provide is some basic guidelines that these individuals can use in order to know what to look for in a training provider."

One example of this is a recent three-part article written by Mr. Allison that answers the question, "Is It Necessary For You to Hire a 'Certified' Corporate Trainer?" This article highlights that you may not necessarily be receiving the best training just because an individual has been through a corporate trainer certification program. The article does highlight what it is important to look for when sourcing an individual trainer through a training firm.
