In his role, Osterman will be responsible for providing channel support, pull through sales, and increasing the awareness for the game-changing new poly-ash category of trim that Boral TruExterior Trim has established in the market place.

Prior to joining the Boral TruExterior Trim sales team, Osterman worked as Account Executive for Exterior Wood, Inc. handling the distribution of the company’s full line of pressure treated and fire retardant wood products in Northern California, Oregon and Southwest Washington. Additionally, Osterman worked for Fiber Composites, LLC as Northwest Regional Sales Manager overseeing distribution sales, training, budgeting, planning and forecasting for the manufacturer of Fiberon decking, railing and fencing across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and Western Montana. Steve Osterman holds a Construction Contractors Board License.
