“I’m proud of all the local attorneys who participate,”
Attorneys will offer legal direction on topics that include divorce, probate, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure, as well as many others. Members of the bar also will host four free 45-minute seminars and workshops at the mall that will include instruction and information on simple wills and powers of attorney, foreclosure & bankruptcy, family law, and a variety of other legal topics. Law in the Mall is the first event of this year’s Law Week, an annual week of activities honoring and promoting the importance of law in our community and our country.
Other public events during Law Week include a blood drive on May 1st and a Q&A session May 4th where local students can ask questions of judges with the Second District Court of Appeal. Attorneys who would like to participate in Law in the Mall, or learn more, can contact Law in the Mall coordinator Attorney Ryan O’Halloran at (239) 334-7212 or ohalloranfamilylaw@
