First is the Staff Retreat. This retreat is conducted over two sessions lasting three hours each, and designed for initial training or a booster shot, for staff personnel without supervisory responsibility.
Next there is the Top Gun Retreat for middle managers. This retreat is offered over two consecutive half days. There is a heavy emphasis on organizational critique, participative problem-solving and team skill practice, based on educational formats developed at the Harvard Business School and upon team development "episodes" borrowed from the U.S. Army.
Finally, there is the Captain’s Table Retreat for upper management. This retreat is offered over two consecutive days in 3-hour confidential open-ended sessions for the sharing of individual issues or problems. These sessions are hosted off site in a relaxed setting, featuring sofa comfort and up-scale amenities.
