PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 12, 2012 - Jackie’s Gym, formerly known as Jacob’s Kinetics, has moved to Fairlawn, behind Summit Mall. This new state-of-the-art facility caters to spinning fanatics and those who have heard, seen, or want to know about how to sweat 800 calories a session. Spinning is less stressful on one’s body at the same time as it offers maximum results. Spinning classes are offered before work, at lunchtime, and after work to help everyone “move something.”  A Healthier You is Within Your Lunchtime Reach. There are NO MEMBERSHIP FEES and NO CONTRACTS. Participants pay as they go.

This boutique gym also specializes in personal training, semi-private personal training, super circuit training, post rehabilitation, and youth training. You can cross train in the same gym to maximize your results. Jackie’s Gym can be a part of any Corporate Wellness program.

Jackie’s undergraduate and Master’s Degree are in Exercise Physiology, specializing in Cardiac Rehabilitation. He puts the “personal” in Personal Trainer by knowing the physical limitations and potential of each client.  At any given time three generations of one family are training at Jackie's Gym, which is a testament to the customization of their training philosophy.

Each year, Jackie leads over 300 spinners in “Spin for Life,” helping raise over $100,000 at each event for the Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Family Cancer Foundation. In his one-time film debut, he appeared opposite Tom Hanks as his sparring partner in the movie Every Time We Say Goodbye.
