EGURTOUCH PRESENTATION
TECNALIA Technology Corporation has developed in collaboration with a consortium of Basque companies a new concept in relation to household furniture furniture through which they acquire new functions. The project, called EgurTOUCH, enjoy the warm feel of wood to make furniture in the new control center and intelligent and, this way, have dominion over our household electrical devices in a simple and intuitive.
Thus, the user may light a room, heating or regulate the intensity of various electrical devices powered via the mains, without pressing a button. This system can manage to reach a total of 1.500W.
The furniture that incorporate this technology provide a quality appearance with multiple finishes available and have an area in which user can control different applications by touching the warm wood surface of your furniture.
This innovative idea comes to meet the growing demand for simple interface means with which to interact with household electrical devices. View the fierce competition in the market, the project aims to the cabinet as well as acting as a decorative element and support, contribute additional functionality.
The project involves two companies Azpeitia: Grumal, part of the Furniture Group Mondragón Corporation and NEW LINE, renowned manufacturer of furniture design and art. Also present ELSON ELECTRONICS, dedicated to the production and development of electronic equipment, the firm EKOLEDS Biscay, and technology corporation TECNALIA.
