About the Artist/Designer and her community
Jerri has been sewing all of her life, and studied fashion design and merchandising. An invitation to participate in a local fashion show brought the realization that she could make money doing something she loved.

In 2005 she produced her first semiannual Shopping and Networking Trade Show Extraordinaire, which has grown in size and scope to include more than 25 vendors. “I am passionate about helping other artists and entrepreneurs showcase, sell and promote their businesses and merchandise. We have donated the show’s proceeds to Alameda County Foster Care, Organ Donner Awareness and American Cancer Society. I have also worked at the Alameda County Juvenal Hall, helping teens understand that they too can become successful entrepreneurs.”

Jerri won first place in the NorCal Art Competition in the field of three-dimensional art, and is a member of the National League of American Pen Women, Santa Clara County Chapter.
