The Paramount approached Anthony with the idea after hearing about Our Heroes Night Out, a program he produced for homeless vets at the Northport V.A. Medical Center. “It all came together very quickly”, he said. “Laughter has the ability to bring people together, and that’s really what we’re hoping to achieve here. We’re hoping to bring laughter and fun into the lives of the Long Island Veterans community.” With the Paramount Comedy Series quickly becoming the most popular comedy showcase on Long Island, we’re making plans for this special performance to be a very memorable one” said Anthony.
Showtime is 3 pm on Saturday, April 28 at The Paramount. Tickets will be available through local Long Island Veteran’s organizations, by e-mail at vets@paramountny.com, or veterans with military ID can pick up their FREE tickets at The Paramount Box Office – while supplies last. Up to 1,000 FREE tickets will be distributed for this event – first come, first serve. The Box Office is open daily from 12 noon – 6pm and during events.
