After joining the U.S. Army in the late 80’s, Scott has lived, trained and worked with various professionals around the globe.  Before exiting the military, Scott was able to earn the “H” identifier which is the U.S. Army accredited credential for Certified Instructors.  This is where he gained the love using innovative training methodologies and tactics to impacting the lives of other professionals.

Scott left the U.S. Army for the corporate world where he served in various roles such as Human Resources Director, Sr. Account Executive, Vice President and Board of Director in various corporate organizations.  He led executive teams to high levels of success using training and professional coaching as the foundation before deciding to branch out on his own as a entrepreneur.

As an entrepreneur, Scott had the creative freedom to build a business model that would allow all areas of his expertise to provide corporate and personal clients a new age solution for their training, personnel and organizational development needs.  Since becoming a small business owner, Scott has been focusing on delivering workforce services that close the skills gap, improve individual performance and put Americans back to work in a short amount of time.  The training, personnel solutions in conjunction with APSi’s consulting services provides the platform for Scott to be requested as a speaker and subject matter consultant in the areas of workforce improvement, employment and vocational training.
