April 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Current Capital Management announced that it will be doing a complete renovation of two properties in Hallandale Beach Fl.  The subject properties are 202 S Dixie Highway and 520 S Dixie Highway Hallandale Beach.  202 Dixie is a 1500 sq ft free standing building that will undergo a complete interior and exterior renovation, completion date is late spring 2012.  520 Dixie Highway is a 12,000 sq ft warehouse property that will undergo a similar renovation with completion expected in early fall 2012.

Both properties are located directly behind the Aventura Hospital, thereby offering the perfect location for Doctors and or Medical use.  The properties will remain under Current Capital after completion and placed for lease.  

Current Capital and its Chairman, Todd Nepola have placed Jacob Shprecher Vice President to the assignment of building redevelopment. Jacob Shprecher has extensive knowledge in real estate  management and design, and is the perfect fit for these premir properties.  Shprecher will be using art deco design on the 520 property and modern design on 202 Dixie.

Current Capital will be seeking additional properties for both redevelopment as well as investment.  The company also feels with land prices so distressed that now is the time to land bank for future development.  CCM will also be entering the residential arena with the development of townhomes in the east Miramar neighborhood.  Jacob Shpercher will again handle the development in Miramar as well.  The residential component is scheduled for late 2012.

Current Capital works feels the market has reached bottom and now is a good time to enter the market again.
