FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 10, 2012 - Georgia restaurant brokers at We Sell Restaurants have assisted another client relocating to the United States under the State Department E-2 visa program.

Alessandra Ortega and Alicia Di Stefano are the new owners of Borocco to be located at Founder's Square in Roswell Georgia. They plan to specialize in healthy Italian dishes offering an authentic European dining experience with an array of flavors never before experienced by Americans.

Borocco’s cuisine will be based on simple and fresh ingredients featuring rustic, simple, straightforward cooking based on high-quality locally grown or Italian imports organic ingredients.  Alessandra and Alicia are both experienced in the restaurant industry.   Alicia Di Stefano worked as a General Manager for a small cafe in Italy for more than ten years.  Alessandra worked in the industry for three years.

When asked about their experience with the American restaurant brokerage firm, the two sent this note, "...thank you for all your support and patience. As internationals, there were many things that we didn’t know, and thanks to your help, advice and guidance we put everything together and found a place perfect for us. Working with We Sell Restaurants was a grateful experience, and we will never forget that you were an important part of this entire dream."

The E-2 visa is also known as a Treaty Investor visa.  It comes into play when a national of a country with which the United States (U.S.) maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation is coming to the U.S. to develop and direct the operations of an enterprise in which the national has invested, or is in the process of investing a substantial amount of capital, under the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

The restaurant brokers at We Sell Restaurants are happy to work with any international client seeking an E-2 visa for the purchase or lease of a restaurant.  They have formed strong partnerships with immigration attorneys to assist in the transaction.  We Sell Restaurants brokers speak a variety of languages to assist those from other countries with those on staff speaking French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Bulgarian, Russian, and German.
