“Contributing to an organization benefitting so many people is an honor,” said Sal Conino, partner at MPI. “Working on Big Bad Ball is always a pleasure for the MPI team and we look forward to working with Hospice of Wake County again.” Through public relations and marketing support, MPI builds awareness for the Big Bad Ball, designing the event theme, tagline and all print materials. The gala raised over $100,000 in 2011 for Hospice of Wake County’s Benevolent Care Program and the Horizon Grief Center. The funds raised translate to 667 days of care, allowing Hospice to maintain a benevolent care fund, from which the cost of extending care to patients without means can be covered. Since 2001, over $1 million has been raised through the Big Bad Ball. “Over the years, MPI, as our marketing partner, has made a significant impact in the branding of the Big Bad Ball,” said Brad Barbour, Owner of TRC Staffing Services and 2012 Big Bad Ball co-chair. “We are excited about their continued work with Hospice of Wake County and we expect the 2012 Big Bad Ball to be the best event yet.” About Media Partners, Inc (MPI) Founded in 2000, Media Partners, Inc. is a media marketing agency offering attentive strategies, results-based creative work, and smart media solutions.
