Chef Wil Pelly brings Small Plates 314 to Diablitos for a Mexican Street Food Revolution

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 10, 2012 - This interactive cooking demonstration will be held under the patio lights on April 30, 2012 and will include items ranging from fresh chips and a variety of salsas to guacamole and tacos featuring braised pork, fire grilled beef and roasted veggies.  Happy Hour will begin at 6:30pm to kick off the fiesta, followed by the demonstration and class at 7:30pm.   A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of St. Louis.
