Follow on Google News | Amish Rebel to the front! All eBook eyes on Tom Malafarina! Sunbury Press bestsellers for March...Sunbury Press has released the bestseller list for the month of March, 2012. By: Tammi Knorr Farrell & Farley's "Keystone Tombstones Volume I" continued to sell well thanks to author appearances on TV and radio. The two were recently signed for a TV series on the PCN network. Children's books "Night Noises" by Carole LaPlante and "Over the Sea" by Joanne Risso grabbed the 4th and 5th spots in print thanks to author events. Jess Steven Hughes' Roman novel "The Sign of the Eagle" debuted at number 6. Dan Shutter's "The Mouse with the Broken Tail" grabbed 7th. Steve Troutman's local histories "The Trevorton, Mahanoy and Susquehanna Railroad" and "Tulpehocken Trail Traces" jumped to 8th and 9th. Carol Schultz Vento's "The Hidden Legacy of World War II" rounded out the top ten in print and finished 5th in eBooks. Thomas Malafarina's "13 Nasty Endings" and "99 Souls" grabbed 4th & 6th in eBooks thanks to cross-selling with the free promotion of "Eye Contact." Jackson Holiday's hilariously insulting "Who Sh*t in My Zen Garden" ranked third in eBooks. Mainstay's "Pythagoras" Sales for the month of March were more than double same month sales in 2011. It appears last year's soft month (March) came earlier this year (February). For the quarter, however, sales are down slightly as compared to last year. The press was helped by after-Christmas sales of best-selling "Prohibition's Prince" in 2011. This year, there is no one book leading sales consistently -- yet.
