Joining Montez will be three seasoned professionals whose specialties include office, industrial and retail markets. Senior Vice President Brian Ward specializes in the acquisition, sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, with extensive experience in ground-up industrial parks. Vice President Dani Alexander represents retail and office landlords and has been an active agent in the Coachella Valley for more than 12 years.
