Shelter bedroom transformation
The Center for Social Innovation has partnered with The National Center on Family Homelessness and Dr. Ellen Bassuk, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, to use science and technology to create new solutions for our nation’s most vulnerable populations.
After sharing Enchanted Makeovers' mission and how the organization transforms shelters for women and children who are re-building their lives, Terry was asked to share their unique model for a feature article on the U.S. Department’s Health and Human Services website for Homeless and Housing Resources. Enchanted Makeovers has always witnessed the dramatic, life-changing impact for everyone involved in the mission. They are excited and humbled to have the scientific community acknowledge the effectiveness of their model. Read what has everyone talking by clicking on this link!
