The ActionCOACH FOCUS Award was introduced in 2009 and is presented only to one-on-one coaching clients in the ActionCOACH Community who accomplish tremendous results in their business in a calendar quarter.

Dr Arendt has been practicing in Fayetteville for over 25 years. As a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the Medical College of Georgia, his dream was to do great work and be in control of his own destiny. His goal is to deliver the finest and most up to date dentistry with the help of a caring team.

The economic downturn, unhappy employees and watching many practices around us shrinking stressed out everyone on our team. Experiencing the growth was a promising starting point.  So the next five years, I have increased my growth goals a little higher,” said Dr Arendt.

“The biggest challenge we have in our industry is attracting quality patients who want to preserve their oral health and great aesthetics. Through coaching, we were able to focus on the type of clients we want and enhance our referral-based marketing. That is why we really enjoy working with our Coach,” added Dr Arendt.

Acknowledging that he and his team hold high quality standards and expectations in delivering quality dentistry care for the Fayetteville and surrounding communities, Dr Arendt also recognized that he is not a marketer and does not have fun marketing.  He believes that the recognition is crucial to every business owner.  He said,“ I want to expand my business to where I can have financial freedom and business ownership and not a job.”
