The Client’s bank did the unthinkable by freezing their line of credit and notified them that they would not be renewing their loans. Bellwether Funding was able to re-structure the debt using the equity in the borrower’s building to support the new loan.

Bellwether Funding then worked with a local bank that was not only willing to work with the Client, but offered better rates, terms, and new availability to working capital to fund future growth.
