A Fabulous Idea for Educators and the Education Industry – A Pre-Qualifying Service for Education

A web-based company, called Qualified-Instructors.Com has begun a long overdue service for school administrators and those seeking teaching positions in education.

April 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Qualified-Instructors.Com seems to understand how difficult it can be to find good instructors that are ready to work when a school needs to hire.

“As a Dean for many years and with a network of friends and associates who are also Deans and School Administrators, we know first-hand how difficult it is to find Instructors and Teachers that meet the scholastic requirements of our schools and accrediting agencies,” says Dr Jeannette Sheldon, CEO and co-founder of QIC.  “An opportunity for a Dean to have a credible partner in this effort especially when just maintaining a pool of qualified applicants to hire from, is magnificent and of great value.”

In addition to working with schools, QIC provides applicants an opportunity to get their documentation reviewed by a credible organization, as they prepare to discuss potential teaching positions with the school’s administration or human resource department.  Applicants will submit their resume and a transcript, and when school administrators contact QIC for instructors, QIC will match the appropriately qualified applicants to the academic area requested - per the school’s accrediting institution.  They actually review all accrediting institutions and match the applicants to the institution’s educational requirements.

Not all applicants can work for any school just because they possess an education or experience in their field.  School accrediting institutions require specific qualifications in order to teach certain students, within certain areas of the Country.  Qualified-Instructors.Com promises to ease the process for the schools as well as assist the applicants by linking them directly to the hiring managers within the school administration.

“We can’t tell you how many times a school has had audit issues because a seemingly simple process of hiring educationally qualified Instructors was not followed.  Meaning, the Instructors aren’t qualified to teach the classes they are teaching, or they aren’t even qualified to meet the requirements of accreditation,” says Dr. Sheldon.  “In most cases we only get to see official transcripts after interviews and sometimes even after the job offer.”

Qualified-Instructors.Com is now ready to begin pre-qualifying applicants while helping schools protect themselves against hiring staff that may not be completely qualified to even interview for the positions available.
