Inviting regular women to be featured on the Kaya Skin Clinic Calendar

Kaya Skin Clinic, the largest international skincare clinic chain in the Middle East, offers the women of substance in the region an opportunity to showcase their talent on a bigger platform. Building on the amazing success of its Kaya Skin Clinic Calendar initiative last year, the group has launched the program for the second year running.

This year too, the Kaya Calendar will select 12 lovely women – none of them a glamour model or a beauty pageant winner – to be the face of Kaya. Unconventional in its own way covering months from June 2012 to May 2013, the Kaya Calendar Season 2 commemorates the 7th launch anniversary of Kaya Skin Clinic’s entry in the region since June 2004.

Part of a cultural movement to engage women from the region under a central theme ‘Live Beautifully’, the initiative invites common women in the region from all walks of life to be part of this exclusive collection. The women participants are required to upload their pictures along with a brief introductory note showcasing their looks and talents on a special Facebook application developed by Kaya on their fanpage www.facebook.com/KayaSkinClinic. The central theme of the calendar this year is to salute women with a talent they are passionate about. Therefore taking it beyond just being beautiful but also living beautifully. The calendar aims to serve as an inspiration to other women in the region.

From the entries, a final list of 12 women would be selected through a stringent judging process by a panel that includes Zena Habi, famous fitness guru in the UAE Apart from being featured in the exclusive limited edition calendar, the final 12 women would also be part of the Kaya Gallery – a special exhibit at all Kaya clinics. This apart, each of the 12 winners will be offered a bouquet of special skincare services from Kaya.

The entire interactive entry process will be run on the Facebook address,  ww.facebook.com/KayaSkinClinic, and promoted on leading social media sites such as Twitter, online forums and websites visited by relevant audiences, conversation threads through various media.
