Lauderdale, FL, has its main event of the night: Wilson Gouveia. The 10-time UFC Veteran - will be making his debut with the company for what promises to be an exciting night of action in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The 33-year-old Light Heavyweight star is the owner of American Top Team in Miramar, FL and hasn’t fought in Florida in eight years. The hard-punching 6 foot 2 Brazilian, who boasts a professional MMA record of (13-8), is getting ready for a hometown showdown as he makes his way into the cage in front of his local fans. As a UFC fighter, Gouveia had a 6–4 record with three of his wins coming by submission. He defeated Wes Combs at UFC 62, Seth Petruzelli at UFC Fight Night 9 and Carmelo Marrero at UFC 71. Gouveia has won Fight of the Night awards in three of his Octagon performances. Suzie Montero, who has a professional MMA record of 1-0, already proved that she has some skills after defeating Kim Couture, the former wife to MMA star Randy Couture. Luis Nazario, with a record of 2-2, is the General Manager and Head Coach of American Top Team in Kendall, FL. He’s known for his all-around skills especially his striking. He’s ready to do bring a victory home as MMA Explosion turns into a “Family Affair” with Suzie and Luis. The Fight Time 9 – MMA Explosion – Fight Undercard continues to make headlines with “Level.” Rene “Level” Martinez is a 1219 Entertainment recording artist, who has made the transition from street fighter, to a real MMA Professional fighter. He will be taking his skills to the cage with Fight Time Promotions and has signed an exclusive fight agreement with the company. The 33-year-old Cuban American from Miami, FL has a record of 3-0-1 as a professional MMA fighter and will step into the cage on April 27th for Fight Time 9 in Ft.
