Moss Grills recently participated in the Smoke on the Water BBQ contest at the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 30-31, 2012.
Moss Grills and Smokers are hand-crafted out of 55 gallon drum barrels. The company only uses brand new barrels, coated on the outside with H.H.P. to prevent chipping. They are welded within an angle iron frame for stability. Moss Custom Grills and Smokers have wheels for easy mobility. The grills also come with wood handles, a heat thermometer, control ventilation valves, drain holes, and are fitted internally with a sturdy 3/4 wire mesh.
Moss Grills & Smokers also just recently added color finished, wood tops, which are convenient for prepping and chopping foods. With the added space from the wood tops, grill owners have plenty of extra room to have seasonings, sauces and grilling utensils right at their fingertips.
