Irvine Chamber Announces Irvine Micropreneur® Webinar Series for April

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 5, 2012 - IRVINE, Calif. – April 3, 2012 – The Irvine Chamber’s Micropreneur® Program www.irvinemicropreneur.com, hosted by Robert Coleman, President of The Pacific Venture Club, is designed to teach entrepreneurs and small business owners how to raise capital, market their products, develop new business opportunities, manage finances and plan for greater prosperity. The April webinar lineup features topics on making progress with small business in a difficult economy, finding a sustainable livelihood, micro-lending in California and how to evaluate new products and service ideas. The webinars are free for all to participate.

•   Why even great ideas can be wrong to pursue
•   What you need to be able to prove your product is good to outsiders and investors

The Irvine Chamber’s Business & Economic Development department was recently awarded for its efforts in economic development promotion and programs with its Cleantech India event as well as the weekly Irvine Micropreneur® Webinar Series. The award ceremony took place at the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) 32nd Annual Conference in Sacramento, Calif. on March 21st 2012.
