Association Alliance releases new software for bed and breakfast associations

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 5, 2012 - Association Alliance, a Utah-based company  affiliated with the nation’s bed and breakfast associations, announced new online management software customized for the hospitality industry.  

Association Tools (www.associationalliance.com/tools.html) was unveiled at the March Association Alliance Leadership Rendezvous where 14 association leaders from across the country, Mexico and Canada gathered in the snow-covered peaks of Utah’s Wasatch Mountains to gain insights and inspiration for invigorating and revitalizing their local and regional associations.

The new Association Tools software will allow bed and breakfast associations to not only better communicate and track membership through directory services, but also identify potential members and share room availability. Other phases of the software planned for the future include the ability to craft association newsletters, market and promote associations, and collect annual dues.

Two larger aspects of Association Tools currently in development include supplemental conference management and an online vendor marketplace. With the conference management tools, association members will benefit from full online registration which will result in higher conference attendance. The vendor marketplace will ease communication between innkeepers and vendors and even allow for the vendor to submit articles, promotions and participate in newsletters.

The Association Alliance Leadership Rendezvous was designed to reinforce the importance of developing relationships – a vital tool for associations to continue to thrive in the bed and breakfast industry. Developing and growing those relationships is a huge part of the leadership training and the inspiration necessary to help associations grow.
