All students taking the recent 3-day "train the trainer" CompTIA CTT+ exam at the Maryland facility passed the exam under instruction by NetCom Learning instructor Josh Penzell

April 5, 2012 - PRLog -- NetCom Learning proudly announces that it received a 100 percent pass rate on recent CompTIA exams for eight students taking the 3-day CompTIA Train the Trainer CTT+ exam. The exam and training took place at NetCom Learning's Maryland facility under NetCom Learning instructor Josh Penzell.

The recent pass rate adds to the excitement the company already experienced as it showed a 50% growth in students taking CompTIA exams with NetCom Learning (http://www.netcomlearning.com/aboutnetcom/whynetcom.phtml?advid=412) in the first quarter of this year compared to the same quarter last year. The company also experienced a 60% growth in the number of students who took CompTIA training (http://www.netcomlearning.com/vendors/1/CompTIA-training.html?advid=412) classes in the same period.

"Having such an extraordinary pass rate strengthens the student testimonials we already receive about NetCom Learning's quality instruction. The pass rate underscores the fact that quality instruction and a commitment to learning truly does makes a difference," said NetCom Learning CEO Russell Sarder (http://www.russellsarder.com).

The students who recently received a 100 percent pass rate were instructed by Josh Penzell, who comes to NetCom with more than 10 years of experience as a Networking Subject Matter Expert and CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer. Prior to his experience at NetCom Learning, he implemented successful enterprise technology solutions in Chicago, Las Vegas, Houston and New York, and taught advanced IT courses at the University of Nevada.

CompTIA CTT+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that covers core instructor skills, including preparation, presentation, communication, facilitation and evaluation in both a classroom and virtual classroom environment. NetCom Learning is an authorized CompTIA Platinum Partner, offering the latest CompTIA training and certification courses. In CompTIA certification courses at NetCom, students learn practical skills in a real-world environment, while earning the certifications to validate their skills to employers.

CompTIA certifications are valuable because they are recognized as a trust indicator of a qualified and competent professional. Corporations like Adobe, Dell, Microsoft, Novell and Ricoh recommend that their trainers be CompTIA CTT+ certified. The Training Associates also look for CompTIA CTT+ certification when hiring trainers.
All candidates must take the CompTIA CTT+ Essentials exam and at least one of the two designations: Classroom Trainer or Virtual Classroom Trainer. Candidates also need to supply a video or recording of their classroom or virtual classroom sessions.
