By: Mick Thompson The six course feast will be prepared by resident chef Chris Lovell, using a wide variety of ingredients, and each course will be accompanied by a different glass of Laurent-Perrier wine, and a tutored tasting. The evening will commence with Canapés accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Bellini, and the delicious menu will include: • Seared King Scallops, Creamed Salt Cod, Baby Rocket, Lemon Purée (accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Brut NV) • Chicken and Foie Gras Terrine, Plantains, Almond Milk and Crunch (accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut) • Pan Fried Seabass, Textures of Potato, Crab Mousse, Tomato Fondue, Basil Oil (Chablis, Domaine de Vauroux) • Slow Cooked Chicken Breast, Chicken Wings, Garbure, Shallot and Garlic Purée, Cep Cream (accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2002) • Passion Fruit Cream, Mango Sorbet, Ginger Crunch • Strawberry Mousse, Warm White Chocolate Sponge, Macerated Berries, Popping Candy (accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Rose Brut NV The price of the meal is £65.00 per person not including service which is discretionary.
