A Nutrition Consult with Dr. Heidi Bencsik, is followed by a meeting with the office wellness coordinator to develop a personalized wellness plan that considers your current level of health as well as any barriers that might keep you from achieving optimal health!  From there, clients may sign-up for a variety of programs to help them reach their goals.  These programs include weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings, a 5K training program, a personalized fitness plan, a monthly stress management class, a core stability class, and the Standard Process Purification Program (a 21 day program that uses whole food supplements and diet modifications to cleanse the body of toxins).
