The rules of the game are simple. Users simply answer questions correctly about the locked taaps on the Journal section of the mobile app. There is once chance to answer the question correctly, and a reward of 10 points will be given to correct answers. However, each taap can only be unlocked once, so the challenge of this game will be to beat others to the taap.
Creating challenges is very simple. In the last step of taaping something, there will be an option that allows users to convert a taap into a challenge. Switching this option to “ON” will instantly apply this conversion without any more work on the user’s part.
“This game will definitely spur your competitive spirit and test your knowledge about your interests,” Debbie Tran, Community Manager at Taap.it. “Can you tell the difference between Halal food from a cart and a restaurant? How about the difference between a Gucci handbag and one by Dolce and Gabbana? We at Taap.it say, take on the challenge!”
