MY Museum’s 3rd Annual Vegging Out Day will be Bigger and Better than Ever! Meet Warren Knox Inventor of the Knox Garden Box and Learn How To Garden As Well At Dr. Kern and More!

In partnership with the Junior League of Monterey County, MY Museum will be once again hosting Vegging Out on Sunday, April 22nd from 12-5pm. Back by popular demand the event will consist of a family farmers market where children and parents can select and take home a variety of fresh vegetables of their choice. There will also be an interactive cooking demonstration, fun with food activity table allowing kids to “play with their food” in fun ways, face painting and the ever so popular Dancing Veggies.
To make this year even better we will be adding several additions including Warren Knox Inventor of the Knox Garden Box will do a planting demo and planting activity for the kids at 3:00 p.m., Dr. Kern to do an Oral Cancer Screening for those interested and a couple community groups teaching kids about fitness and the importance of moving your body.
In addition to a bag of fresh produce, families will receive recipe cards, a free shopping tote to take home and much more!
