Wistful Cafe and Bakery updates menu, offers desserts for special order

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 3, 2012 - The Wistful Cafe and Bakery in Edinburg, Ohio recently updated their menu. This menu now has an expanded breakfast selection, a wider variety of healthy lunch salads, some new hot and cold sandwiches, plus updated dessert selections. Fresh-squeezed lemonade, smoothies, and other cool treats have arrived in time for spring. Wistful Cafe also added an all-new children’s section to the menu. Daily specials featuring new menu items will be posted daily on the Wistful Cafe’s Facebook page.

Not only is there a bigger arrangement of desserts by the slice, Wistful Cafe and Bakery is also offering cakes, pies, cupcakes, and cookie trays by special order. Sugar-free options are also available. Custom-order desserts are available for any occasion, including graduations, birthdays, baby showers, and more, with most orders requiring two days’ notice. These handcrafted desserts are made by none other than Marcia Kehres Blair, well-known in the Southeast Local Schools community and beyond for her unique dessert creations.

Ordering for Easter pies will be open until Thursday, April 5th, at 5 pm for pickup on Saturday. Customers can choose from fruit, cream, and pecan pies in a 9” shell made from scratch.
