   St. Louis, Missouri -April 2, 2012 -  Car dealerships have been all over the media lately for deceptive advertising and shady transactions. Hollywood Motor Company Manager Jeff Wheeler says, “I hear the frustration in my customers voices on a daily basis and nothing upsets me more. Customers need to be aware of these practices and understand there are dealers who truly care. The “bad apples” out there make it extremely difficult for the dealers that do the right thing each and every time to get their message out. The point of this press release is not to talk bad about other car dealerships. I will only talk about my personal philosophy and what the dealership I work for believes in.

Being a dealer who specializes in working with customers looking to rebuild their credit gives us a great opportunity to truly help people that are in need of a nicer newer car to live a decent life and provide for their family. It’s exciting to be a part of helping with the rebuilding process and getting to know them on more of a personal basis. Listening to what they say and understanding what their goals are make all the difference. Jeff says “When you first sit down with a customer you can see the look in their eyes. They are expecting the same untruthful deception, disrespect, and games they have received in the past from car dealers.” He continues, “I sit down with all of our customers and explain what makes our process different and exciting. You can just see their body language change and the look they had in their eyes when they came in is gone!”

Jeff Wheeler has been involved in the car business since he was born 38 years ago. Jeff says, “I grew up in Connecticut where my father sold cars for Gm. My dad always was on top in the sales department and always taught me that honesty and integrity sold more cars than hard pressure gimmicks and sales tactics. If you don’t tell lies to customers you will never have to think about your answer when your customer asks you a question because you will know the answer is the truth.” I believe this is one of the most important lessons I ever learned from my father. He always won all the awards GM had and was always taking us on trips that were awarded to him.
