PRLog - April 2, 2012 - SHEFFIELD, U.K. -- Mac Tools has recently confirmed two motorsport sponsorship deals; one with Dynojet Racing Team in its contention for the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship and one with MSS Colchester Kawasaki competing in the British Superbike Championship.
Mac Tools will supply tools and toolboxes to the pit garages and the brand’s logo will be displayed on the teams’ car and bike bodywork, as well as their livery and leathers. Mac Tools is part of Stanley Black & Decker, an $11+ billion global organisation employing over 30,000 people worldwide and owner of the world famous Stanley Black & Decker, Facom, Britool Expert and DeWalt brands.
This is the 3rd year that Mac Tools has supported MSS Colchester Kawasaki. The deal highlights their continued commitment to British motorsport and provides the British Superbike team with top-of-the-range tools from both the Mac Tools and Facom brands for its mechanics and engineers for the 2012 championship season, which kicks off on Easter weekend at Brands Hatch.
For team principal, Nick Morgan, the continued support from Stanley Black & Decker is an exciting prospect. He says: “We are extremely delighted to welcome Mac Tools and Facom back into the fold for a third successive season. The tools are of the highest quality and have proven themselves time and again. Having top-notch tools available is crucial, especially at the race track. With Mac Tools and Facom products in the garage, our riders can roll down the pit lane with complete confidence."
Paul Clegg, Franchise Recruitment Manager at Mac Tools explains: “Our brands are now becoming synonymous with motorsport achievement and our sponsorship deals give our franchisees another strong link with their customers. Our franchisees are trusted distributors of our 8,000 strong product range and with the sponsorship deals also come a great new range of branded toolboxes!”
