There are several reasons why you should post your resume. One is of course the more places you have your resume, the better chance you will get your idea job. The job market is tough right now so you need to be everywhere with our site included.
Second, we will be eventually doing meet & greets once a month to connect employers who are hiring with jobseekers. This can be a great place to network not just with potential employers but also with other jobseekers to see some of the things they are doing.
Third, we will be doing monthly trainings for jobseekers to be trained with the skills they need to get that new job.
