Bristol, Virginia-  In an unexpected announcement Rest Jones White has announced plans to fund an investment portfolio that only makes strategic investments utilizing traditional national and state lotteries. Citing the long American tradition of this investment and the low barriers to entry as reasons for their exploration into speculative lottery investments. Rest Jones White will raise a fund of 6.2 Billion dollars to get started. Utilizing random ticket purchases and hyperdata evaluation systems will be key to this effort, however we do not rule out that sometimes we may just purchase every available ticket out there.

“Everyone in this great nation has placed its trust in the lottery system at one time or another, it's time that we as a firm get away from the highly sophisticated investments that we currently employ and get back to basics. I mean most of the work can be handled at the local gas station, how simple can you get?” explains Andrew N. Rest, Principal Partner Rest Jones White. Other Colleagues echoed these statements. “Yeah I am really excited about this new Investment Vehicle. I really feel that random number generation is the best available investment out there right now, really risk averse compared to what is available now to most Individual investors” Said Principal Partner C. It has been speculated that the majority of the investments will be in the major multi state american lotteries however this isn't the case. “European especially British Lotteries are really hot right now, I am catching the next flight over there today to explore these options.” Stated Principal Partner William B. Jones “ What people should really be talking about is the creation of our new Ticket Scratching Center that will employ over 14,000 people”.

Reports that the new Ticket Scratching Center will be in Guadalajara Mexico are not true according to Mr. Rest. “It just wouldn't make sense, we are looking to place this site in an area with the highest saturation of 7-11’s, Dog Tracks and Pawn Shops”.
